Underdog Elite Hockey (UEH) will also work as coach mentors; we encourage the coaches to come on the ice and learn different techniques and approaches of teaching skills. We ask the coaches to provide what they want to help their players for flexibility, as we all know each team needs different skills at different times of the season. We are always changing and evolving! We also help with coach mentorship on technical skills and systems delivery if needed.
We provide outside third party evaluations for organizations looking to take the personal bias out of the evaluation process for parent transparency.
Team video analysis can also be provided for teams looking to break-down systems or show coaches how to build a skill continuum through video highlights, and provide them a process of breaking it down and then building it into a practice or skill session.
Future ambitions...Provide a 3v3 camp where we will organize a league/tournament while still enhancing our skills. It would be half skill enhancement and 3v3 in small areas, half ice.
Provide a prospects camp for those who are looking at getting drafted to the WHL and NHL along with the student athlete looking to go the AJHL route to the NCAA. This way we could get all the scouts to one place at one time.
Evaluations
- TBD, dependent on how many days and ice times per day. Usually it is about $5000-8000+GST depending on the size of the organization and time needed for the services.
